Esperance Town Court - General Information
Court in the town of Esperance is held in the Town Hall in the Village of Esperance every Wednesday, beginning at 6pm. Your scheduled court date for your ticket should appear on the front of the paper ticket you were issued when pulled over. There should be instructions telling you how you must respond to the court. Most courts in this area require you to enter a plea of guilty or not guilty within 48 hours of being ticketed. If you plan to hire Mr. Kehoe to represent you, please keep a copy of the ticket signed "not guilty". We will need that copy in our communications with the court.
